BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By sending the booking form, the booking is not confirmed!
Booking of accommodation and confirmation of such booking by the Hotel shall be made only in writing, i.e., usually by e-mail. If the required suite is already booked, you will be offered a different suite or date.
When making an ONLINE booking, you will receive an immediate confirmation along with the payment information (50% advance payment is required) which is due within 3 days as of booking. You will be redirected to the payment gateway where you can make the payment using your payment card.
Payment terms and cancellation fees
ADVANCE PAYMENT
50% of the total price, payable within a week as confirmation of the booking reservation, by wire transfer to a bank account. By making the advance payment, the guest accepts the payment terms and conditions.
SETTLEMENT OF ACCOMMODATION COSTS
The tourists’ fee of CZK 21 per person and night will be charged upon arrival at the reception desk.
The total amount shall be settled in cash or by card on the accommodation start date. We accept Visa and MasterCard cards. An ATM is available in the town.
In case of an earlier termination of their stay (not due to circumstances on the side of the hotel), the guest shall not be entitled to a refund. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and any outstanding amounts cannot be paid out in cash.
CANCELLATION FEE
At least 31 days before arrival: no fee, 30 - 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount, i.e., 100% of the advance payment, 7 - 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount. In the Christmas period (24 December - 2 January ), we charge 50% of the total amount after the booking confirmation; this amount is non-refundable! Note: we recommend the guests getting an extra insurance of the trip cancellation with their insurance company.
DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN
Children under 3 years of age - free of charge.
Children's bed including linen / CZK 200 per stay
NOTE
The room and suite prices in certain periods of time are always calculated from the basic prices specified for this period (see the price list - table).
LOST CARD
If the card is lost, we charge a fee of CZK 200 per card

Check-in: 3:00 - 8:00 PM
Check-out: by: 10:00 AM
Possible later check-out: depends on availability / CZK 1,000
Booking validity
As there is no permanent reception desk at Královka, we prefer communication by e-mail: recepce@hotelkralovka.cz
Season – winter (spring holiday period)
Weekly stays are preferred, always from Saturday to Saturday
Shorter and weekend reservations, depending on occupancy, are available as last-minute offers one week in advance.
Season – summer (summer holidays)
Preferred reservations for at least 5 nights
Shorter and weekend reservations, depending on occupancy, are available as last-minute offers one week in advance.
Extra charge for stay for 1 night = CZK 200 per person
A one-night stay shall be possible only if the room is available on the subject date.
We do not accept a one-night stay in the main season (summer, winter), on public holidays and weekends.
Rest of year
No limitation, based on occupancy
Pet charge: CZK 500 per night
